They are listings which sit above the organic listings on our site, therefore meaning that visitors to our site see these listings first when scrolling down the page.

When will my featured listing go live?

Within 1 business day of your order being placed.

Can I change my listing after it has gone live?

Accepted Answer

Certainly. Just send us an email and we'll make the amendments.

Question 4

How come you only list the name, address and phone number of the practice

Because all the other data points are superfluous. By the time a user arrives at our site and sees your listing as one of our 'top-rated" dermatologists, all they want to do is make a booking. If your practice prefers taking bookings via a website, then we will happily add your website to the listing. At the end of the day, we just want the best experience for our users.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Simply send us an email and your subscription will be cancelled with immediate effect.

Can I purchase more than one listing?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can purchase as many as you want. However, remember that we only offer 3 featured listings per city and 1 featured listing per suburb page.
